Courteous and polite, professional all the way

I took my 2018 Arcadia for repair getting hot. Paid $1,000 it was not fixed. They finally told me cost $4,000 to fix and if I traded in they would give me $3,000. I was insulted. Took my vehicle to a local mechanic he fixed it and cost me $100. No treated right all the way around. I have done business with this dealership for many years and all the service (oil changes and such) always done there. I will not be doing business with them anymore just lost a loyal customer
